Brian Houp, PCC, former VP of Programming for ICF Ohio Valley
Before coaching, Brian led multiple teams through 5 mergers and acquisitions in the fast-paced television advertising industry. Despite the constant change, Brian’s teams thrived. Most were recognized in the top 5% of their peers across the globe.
As a self-described "obsessive overachiever," Brian had been shamefully voted the "Office Workaholic" at a very challenging time in his personal life as his wife battled cancer and many other significant stresses fell upon his family. Working at that pace while attempting to be present with his family meant one thing: Brian was well beyond his capacity.
This wake-up call set Brian on a new path that led to ReZone.
Since 2013, Brian has coached leaders in small businesses, big businesses, and everything in between. Brian’s personal mission with his coaching is to help more high-achieving leaders find ways to succeed without sacrificing their overall quality of life.
Bonnie Stith, PCC, current VP Programming for ICF Ohio Valley
Bonnie spent her first career at the CIA where she grew through the ranks in her assignments and leadership of large and diverse workforces to accomplish intelligence missions. Her time with CIA culminated in the position of Director, Center for Cyber Intelligence, where—despite critical and emergent challenges—she continued to transform a diverse employee population to work together with common mission, vision and values to highly successful outcomes.
Bonnie continues to stay current on cyber threat challenges and works with companies to address both insider and outside threat preparedness addressing capabilities, workforce, and leadership preparation.
While in a leadership position, and working with a coach, Bonnie saw the value and change coaching brought to her own leadership style. With this new insight about how coaching can make a difference in how leaders lead, she began her own journey to become a certified coach so that she could create both a coaching culture in her own organization as well as help others become the leaders their employees deserve.
Bonnie has also taken on the role of mentor coach, helping other coaches achieve their ICF certifications and to continue to progress in their own coaching journeys. She does both individual and group mentor coaching and is consistent in helping clients meet the ICF standards in their coaching as well as creating their own coaching niches.
