Virtual Session:
The ICF Code of Ethics (The Code) is a resource that can create foundational practices and policies for you in your coaching business and how you interact with clients.
Join Bonnie Stith, PCC, from the Ohio Valley Charter Chapter for an in-person presentation with breakout discussions on better understanding how to recognize and apply The Code in your everyday coaching life and practice.
In addition to learning more about The Code and the ICF Ethics Complaint process, participants will discuss case studies with potential ethics issues in small groups and share their findings across the larger group to enhance learning.
Participants will walk away with useful information on how to recognize and address ethics issues that may show up in their coaching conversations as well as better understand how the ICF Code of Ethics.
Participants will earn 2 Core Competency CCEs for attending.
Bonnie Stith is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Mentor Coach and Certified Coach Supervisor. Her coaching passions are working with individuals looking to elevate their leadership skills—either in business or life –and mentoring coaches as they build their coaching skills. As a mentor coach who has completed the ICF PCC Marker training, she works with individuals looking to level up their ICF credentials as well as enhance their own coaching. She has served on the board of ICF Ohio Valley Chapter, including as President, and is currently VP of Programming. She speaks publicly and consults on leadership, organizational culture, and cyber security.
